Greg Dudish consulted for the SF Mead Company to improve production and inventory management. Before signing the contract and starting work, there were many months of needfinding and relationship building. In the talk, Greg will step through the steps he took to consult for a small business. Many of the steps apply to any work situation, whether you want to consult or if you are looking for an extra edge at work.
