G. Bartow “Bart” Lewis, retired from Aera Energy in 2016 after a 43-year career in the oil and gas industry. Lewis began his career in 1973 as a rotating equipment mechanic after completing two years of college. Working initially as a contract mechanic, Lewis gained expertise on the installation and repair of an array of rotating equipment ranging from steam-driven compressors to 4,500 hp pumps.
