Jennifer is the CTO at BioCellection Inc., a chemical recycling start-up that upcycles plastic waste. She currently oversees process development, product development, and scaleup efforts.  Her background is in synthetic chemistry and materials science (PhD University of Ottawa, Canada) and she is a co-inventor of BioCellection’s proprietary recycling technology.

Anne Osbourn

Anne Osbourn is a microbial and plant biologist. Her research focuses on plant natural products -  biosynthesis, function, and mechanisms of metabolic diversification. Lilian Josephson

Lilian Lam Josephson is currently a Principal Scientist (Chemistry) in the Corporate R&D at Ecolab. As a technical lead in the hand hygiene team, she develops formulation chassis for topical disinfectants and leads clinical testing activities.

Prior to joining Ecolab, Dr. Josephson was a Senior Scientist at the L’Oreal Skincare Métier. Her work involved formulating and scaling up pilot processes for sunscreen and anti-aging products, as well as studying rheology-tribology-sensory relationships for inverse emulsions.

Dr. Sudarshan Nadathur is Chief Global Dairy Flavorist with ADM.  His career of 20 years has been in the Flavor industry, where he has held both regional and international roles supporting research, flavor creation, and developing new business. George Krintiras

Dr. George Krintiras is a Sr. Food Scientist at Givaudan based in Naarden, The Netherlands. George joined Givaudan in 2017 to explore the use of plant protein texturization technologies such as High Moisture Extrusion Cooking and the Couette Shear Cell, among others. During his academic years at TU Delft, and in collaboration with Wageningen University & Research, he worked on the development of the Couette Shear Cell technology.
