ISS-105 IS Super Cell

The intrinsically safe ISS-105 IS Super Cell can operate as a controller for eight different pumping configurations where duplex, triplex, quadplex and duplex SPS (separate pump stop) pumping methods are possible. It can indicate low, high and out-of-sequence alarms, and has a variablelag pump delay setting. When used as a five-channel relay, all five channels can be set to positive or negative logic with the possibility of two latched relays, and the fifth relay can be configured as a delay-on-make or delay-on-break output with variable time delay.

wMPC Series Controllers

The wMPC Series controllers provide up to seven zone controllers in a single wall-mounted package. Input type can be individually configured for each zone from the keypad. Thus, a single unit can accommodate multiple sensor types (temperature, pressure, velocity, flow, volume, etc.) at the same time. Each zone has its own ramp and soak profile or a manual setpoint. Several control modes are available (on/off, PID and heat/cool), as well as multiple display modes.

The UT551 Digital Indicating Controller

The UT551 digital indicating controller allows users to acquire temperature, pressure and flowrate data and to make changes to controller settings via an Ethernet connection. It employs the Modbus/TCP protocol and is equipped with a 10BASE-T interface. A gateway function allows a PC or other host system to access non-Ethernet-enabled indicating controllers or peripheral devices by simply connecting them to the UT551.

RC Series Mobile Powered Workstation

The RC Series Mobile Powered Workstation is ergonomic, compact, and has onboard power to run a laptop computer, a printer, and a scanner or other device for at least 8 h of normal use. The unit has an 18-in. storage compartment and an upper laminated work surface that measures 20 in. by 22 in. with a ¼-in. lip on all sides. It is constructed of 11-gauge steel and has fully reinforced surfaces. The rechargeable battery offers integrated, seamless power.

Seals with Kalrez Parts

Seals, hose couplings and other parts made from this material resist leaks and chemical attack from a broad array of aggressive chemicals and solvents at temperatures ranging from 220°C to –42°C.

The Vector Series Model VB10C Thermal Fluid Filtration System continuously filters heat transfer fluids using economical glass-fiber-wound cartridges, removing contaminants down to 10 mm.

Stainless Steel O-ring Face Seals and Flange Adapters

A new addition to the company’s other stainless steel instrumentation fittings, these stainless steel O-ring face seals and flange adapters are able to endure extremely high working pressures. They have a high tensile strength and provide reliable corrosion resistance and sealing for critical, harsh-duty applications. Machined from round stock in connection sizes from ½ to 4 in., the flange adapters are bent into the desired angle using a hot-piercing technique, so they do not have braze or weld points. The flange adapters are designed to perform in limited-clearance applications.
