300 Series Non-Motorized Pump

The 300 Series non-motorized pump is available with either a gear motor or a belt-drive configuration. It features capacities to 15 gal/min, pressures to 150 psi, interchangeable rotors and stators, fluid temperature compatability to 210°F, packing gland or mechanical seal options, and easy disassembly. A fully molded “wobble” stator increases compression fit during operation between rotor and stator, resulting in improved performance.

704 U/RE Peristaltic Pump

Designed for metering and dosing of corrosive, abrasive and sensitive fluids, the 704 U/RE peristaltic pump features increased production speed and flow control for high-capacity throughput, with flowrates up to 1,500 L/h and peak pressures up to 30 psi. With no valves or seals to clog, it requires minimal maintenance.

Series M900 Diaphragm Pumps

Series M900 diaphragm pumps are equipped with automatic volumetric venting valves, which safely discharge any vapor or gas bubbles that form in the hydraulic reservoir as a result of caustic solution reactions. They feature sealless PTFE sandwich diaphragms that can handle abrasive slurries and do not need a front support plate. The pumps are available in a variety of wetted materials to meet specific metering applications and caustic compatibility requirements.

Pivotrol pressure-powered condensate pump

The Pivotrol pressure-powered condensate pump is designed for condensate recovery in rapidcycling process environments. Its PowerPivot technology replaces pins and linkages with pivots, which reduces friction and wear and lengthens service life. A dampener uses the hydraulic inertia of the collected condensate to reduce mechanical shock as the valve actuators shift. The pump is backed by a three-million-cycles or three-year warranty, with a lifetime spring warranty; a five-million-cycles extended warranty is available as an option.

Cheminert Model M6 and M50 Positive-Displacement Pumps

The Cheminert Model M6 and M50 positive-displacement pumps produce a bi-directional pulseless flow with a range of over six orders of magnitude: 10 nL/min to 10 mL/min for the M6, and 50 µL/min to 50 mL/min for the M50. They are suitable as replacements for syringe pumps, and eliminate the need for refill cycles and syringe changes. RS-232 and RS-485 communication protocols are incorporated into the mircoprocessor-driven controller. The software package controls flowrates, flow direction and metered volumes.

Colloid Mill Lab System

The wet-process, Colloid Mill Lab System allows full control of residence time in the mill to achieve the desired viscosity control and uniform size of both emulsions and dispersions. It features a positive-displacement feed pump to produce a pressure drop across the rotor-stator gap, which yields smaller particle sizes with higher throughputs and greater uniformity. This laboratory system can produce uniform particle size reduction down to 1 µm with throughputs up to 300 gal/min and can be scaled up to full inline production with accuracies to 95%.

InFusion enterprise control system (ECS)

A 16-page brochure describes the InFusion enterprise control system (ECS), said to be the world’s first industrial system thatprovides a true enterprise view. InFusion combines capabilities from across Invensys with advanced enterprise information and integration technologies from Microsoft and SAP to reduce integration costs.

500AR hydraulic diaphragm metering pump

The 500AR hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is designed with an automatic air-release (AR) valve for use with chemicals that off-gas at room temperature, such as sodium hypochlorite. A polyvinyl chloride (PVC) head design minimizes internal space and eliminates areas where gas can accumulate. All ports slope upward to vent gas through the top of the pump and away from the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE; Teflon) diaphragm. The PVC AR head can be specified on any of 500E series pump with capacties up to 9 gal/h (higher-capacity pumps purge gas naturally).

UNiGY pump-control system

The UNiGY pump-control system uses mathematical models that manage torque to produce precise flowrates and pressures for high-pressure positive-displacement process pumps. These models continually sense demand and energize the pump only when required. This lowers energy consumption, waste heat generation, and noise.

torque limiter

This torque limiter has been designed to provide horsepower control for mobile and industrial applications of P1/PD series pumps. This option allows the use of smaller, more energy-efficient prime movers. The limiter adjusts flow in the circuit to keep the prime mover from stalling under heavy loads, reducing the maximum horsepower available while handling the same load. Using the pump’s hanger angle, the limiter monitors both pressure and displacement. As pressure rises, flow is reduced according to the zero-adjustment spring rate of the limiter.
