Stainless Steel O-ring Face Seals and Flange Adapters

A new addition to the company’s other stainless steel instrumentation fittings, these stainless steel O-ring face seals and flange adapters are able to endure extremely high working pressures. They have a high tensile strength and provide reliable corrosion resistance and sealing for critical, harsh-duty applications. Machined from round stock in connection sizes from ½ to 4 in., the flange adapters are bent into the desired angle using a hot-piercing technique, so they do not have braze or weld points. The flange adapters are designed to perform in limited-clearance applications. The O-ring face seal fittings, available in 23 different configurations and in 35 different size combinations, eliminate leaks in hydraulic systems, while permitting operating pressures as high as 6,000 psi.
