MultiTherm PSC Cleaning Fluid

MultiTherm PSC cleaning fluid breaks down sludge deposits and resin residue, and is designed to stay in suspension for easy removal or filtration. It is compatible with the manufacturer’s fluids as well as most others, so a small residue left in the equipment will not cause problems. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and has a high flash point.

Cool Blue TD-52 Thermodynamic Steam Trap

The Cool Blue TD-52 thermodynamic steam trap line significantly reduces life-cycle energy consumption and maintenance requirements compared to conventional designs. Distinguished by its blue stainless steel insulation cover, the Cool Blue TD-52 features a specially engineered ceramic disc material with lower heat conductivity than conventional steel alloy caps on disc traps. It has a maximum operating pressure of 600 psig and a maximum operating temperature of 800°F, and is available in 3/8- in., 1/2-in., 3/4-in., and 1-in. NPT sizes.

Therminol VLT

Therminol VLT is a synthetic liquid-phase fluid that allows a single fluid to be used in many general-purpose process applications where both cooling and heating are required. Its properties are such that the same hardware can be used over the entire range of operation — eliminating the operational problems associated with using multiple fluids in the same piece of equipment, and allowing low-temperature operation with normal centrifugal pumps. It is suitable for use at temperatures as low as –115°C, and has an upper temperature limit of 175°C (–175°F to 350°F).

J3X Free-float Steam Trap

Stainless steel construction gives the J3X free-float steam trap superior corrosion resistance. The selfmodulating free float delivers continuous, smooth, low-velocity condensate discharge under varying process loads. The trap’s unique rotational seating design eliminates concentrated wear to ensure a long service life. The J3X is available in 1/2-in., 3/4-in. and 1-in. NPT sizes.

411 Series miniature solenoid valves

The 411 Series miniature solenoid valves handle 12–15% higher flowrates and have twice the life of similar valves. Their plunger design reduces wear on the poppet and makes them resistant to internal elastomer swelling that can disrupt operation. They are suitable for pharmaceutical, medical, analytical, and instrumentation applications. These valves are fully compliant with Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) regulations, and are assembled and tested in a Class 100 cleanroom.

Valve Spigot Ends

These factory-installed spigot connections minimize vertical areas within pipes that are without flow (deadleg). They are constructed of ultra-pure, corrosion-resistant polypropylene or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and are designed for bead and crevice-free (BCF), infrared butt-fusion, and socket fusion piping. Available sizes are dimensionally compatible with piping from major manufacturers. An optional Class 100 cleanroom and double-bagging procedure can be used for ultra-pure applications.

Butterfly valve models 56D and 75D

Butterfly valve models 56D and 75D feature rugged, molded plastic non-wetted polydi-cyclopentadiene (PDCPD) bodies with durable polypropylene or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) discs. The discs have a spherical design that improves flow characteristics and lowers operating torque. Industry-standard ISO top-flange mounting patterns facilitate the mounting of gear operators or electric or pneumatic actuators. Wafer-style ANSI B16.5 bodies have been specially engineered to prevent over-tightening of the mating flanges during installation. The valves are available in sizes from 16 in. to 24 in.

Sanitary Cartridge Valve (SCV)

The compact size of the Sanitary Cartridge Valve (SCV), a Type 316 stainless steel check valve, makes it economical when compared to full-bodied valves. The SCV design seals on the inner diameter of sanitary ferrules with replaceable food grade seals. The valves fit the Tri-Clover Bevel Seat and Tri-Clamp fittings, the Cherry Burrell Q-Clamp and S-Line fittings, among others. The SCV design fits inside a single fitting, and requires no additional space in the line.

EExd NAMUR series solenoid valves

The high-flow, high-speed EExd NAMUR series solenoid valves are designed for use in hazardous areas or extreme environments. Offering universal 5/2 or 3/2 operations in offshore, processing and chemical industries, the series is ideal for piloting single or double actuators on NAMUR solenoid valves. An explosionproof, submersible, water-tight and dust-tight aluminum body suitable for indoor or outdoor use, along with nitrile seals, ensures reliable operation while meeting requirements for a wide range of environments.

Condensate Drain Valve Assemblies

This comprehensive line of condensate drain valve assemblies is designed specifically for use in compressed air systems where drainage of moisture is critical. The valve assemblies are available in air-operated and solenoid-operated versions. Air-operated models incorporate a straight-through design with fewer components. This provides effective sealing and non-clog operation at a lower cost and with minimal maintenance. Solenoid-operated versions are compact and offer longer life in high-temperature, high-humidity applications.
