High Flow direct-mount solenoid valve

The High Flow direct-mount solenoid valve is a cost-effective solution for general-purpose valve actuator applications in the chemical process, pulp and paper, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. The valve has a life expectancy of up to 5 million cycles, and is built with an anodized aluminum body and a stainless steel spool, with internal parts made of brass. The compact valve features a NAMUR mounting pattern and is designed for direct mounting in any position on a NAMUR interface.

CDA-22 chlorine dioxide analyzer

The CDA-22 chlorine dioxide (ClO2) analyzer features a panel-mounted plumb-and-play design and automatic ?ow control in a low-maintenance complete measurement system for monitoring and control of chlorine dioxide ClO2 in municipal water systems, industrial cooling and rinse water, wastewater, or fresh water. It uses a polarographic gold/silver polytetra?uoroethylene (PTFE) membrane amperometric ClO2 sensor to measure ClO2 concentrations ranging from 0.05 ppm to 20 ppm. The analyzer/controller is mounted on a PVC panel and features a 2.5-in. × 1.75-in.

Ultra-Violet Optical Screening Tool (UVOST)

The Ultra-Violet Optical Screening Tool (UVOST) is a direct-push-delivered sensor that allows rapid screening of most petroleum-based light nonaqueous phase liquids (LNAPLs), such as fuels, lubricants, and crude oils, without interference from dissolved-phase hydrocarbons. Using laser-induced ?uorescence (LIF) technology, it immediately detects subsurface contamination without having to draw samples or wait for lab results. As the probe is driven into the ground, the LNAPL’s ?uorescence signal is sent through a ?ber-optic cable to a detector and logged by a laptop computer.

Dowex Marathon C10

Dowex Marathon C10 effectively removes contaminants from water in industrial water demineralization, condensate polishing, and softening applications. The strong-acid cation exchange resin has beads of uniform particle size that exhibit more consistent exhaustion, regeneration, and backwash than conventionally sized resins. A higher level of crosslinking also provides stability to compressive, osmotic, and oxidative stresses.

Oil Eater Naturals

Oil Eater Naturals are eco-friendly absorbent pads, rolls, and socks that are designed to provide a safer and cleaner workplace while helping users meet U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements. The products are made of natural plant byproducts and feature woven construction. They are suitable for production lines, industrial and maintenance facility ?oors, loading docks, and other areas, and are available in 16-in.×18-in. pads and 28-in.×150-ft rolls.

Purair ECO line

The Purair ECO line consists of energy-ef?cient ductless containment cabinets that minimize stress on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems without compromising protection for personnel and the environment. They are available in ?ve standard sizes and with a choice of controllers, including the company’s new ECOair touchpad control with a color display interface.

TOC-L Series analyzer

The TOC-L Series analyzer employs the 680°C combustion catalytic oxidation method to measure total organic carbon in aqueous samples. With a wide detection range of 4 µg/L to 30,000 mg/L, it is suitable for analyzing ultra-pure to highly contaminated samples of wastewater, brine, seawater, drinking water, and pharmaceutical process water. It features automatic sample acidi?cation and sparging, as well as an automatic dilution function that reduces sample salinity, acidity, and alkalinity. This signi?cantly extends the useful life of the device’s catalysts and combustion tubes.

Ceramic Pumps

These ceramic pumps feature a unique valveless rotating/reciprocating piston design that eliminates the need for check valves, which can clog, leak, or fail over time. The result is maintenance-free, drift-free fluid control that will hold an accuracy of ±1% or better over millions of cycles. In addition, the pumps’ process parameters can be easily changed — flowrate can be infinitely controlled either mechanically or electronically via standard industrial-control protocols. Flow control is viscosity-independent for added flowrate stability.

Metering Pumps

The integral variable-frequency drive (VFD) motor controls of this metering pump help to improve the accuracy and repeatability of dosing, sampling, and metering. The progressing-cavity design creates smooth flow that is free from pulsations and variations in velocity and volume, helping to prevent material waste and mixture imbalance. The newest models are available with capacities from 0.1 to 400 gal/h and operating pressures to 300 psi. All close-coupled pumps are now constructed from stainless steel for improved corrosion protection.

Inline Vortex-Shedding Flowmeters

These inline vortex-shedding flowmeters have no moving parts to clog or wear out, ensuring life-long reliability and minimizing maintenance requirements. They are suitable for monitoring water, water/glycol coolant, and other low-viscosity fluids, and their no-moving-parts design enables them to monitor media containing small particulates without compromising accuracy. They can handle flows of 4–200 gal/min, with occasional over-ranging up to 125% of capacity without damaging the meter, and have 4–20-mA flowrate transmitters.
