Thomas O. Spicer

Tom Spicer is a professor and the Ralph E. Martin Leadership Chair in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Arkansas. In addition to administrative duties, he teaches courses on chemical process safety and process control. Dr. Wei received his BE from Tsinghua University, China in 2003, MS from University of Cincinnati in 2005, and PhD from Arizona State University in 2008, all in chemical engineering. Dr. Wei is currently working as a Senior Research Engineer at Membrane Technology and Research, Inc. Xinhuai Ye

Dr. Xinhuai Ye is currently a Research Chemical Engineer at Prairie Research Institute, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). He accepted his Ph.
