The Bulk-Out BFF bulk bag dischargers prevent dust from escaping when feeding material into a vacuum conveying line. The dischargers use a Spout-Lock clamp ring atop a pneumatically actuated telescoping tube that connects the clean side of the spout to the clean side of the receptacle to prevent dust contamination. A hoist lowers the bag, maintaining steady downward tension as it empties and elongates, and Flow-Flexer bag activators softly agitate opposite bottom edges of the bag to further promote material flow.
Batch Mixers Reduce Energy Consumption
The GMS Multiflux batch mixers have an updated drive that is 12% more energy efficient than previous models. By increasing efficiency, these mixers reduce costs and improve sustainability. Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps Operate Quietly
The E2S oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps are designed for low and medium vacuum in industry and research settings. They have a pumping speed of 90 m3/hr and can generate a vacuum of 3 × 10–3 mbar. The plain bearings are made of sintered steel that produces low noise. The design prevents the bearings from drying out even with low oil lubrication. The pumps have an integrated oil pump that allows for continuous lubrication over the entire pressure range. The adjustable gas ballast function can pump out water vapor if the application requires it. The pumps are available in three different sizes.

The TURBOLAB Core range of vacuum stations now includes the SCROLLVAC 3S backing pump. The backing pump increases the pumping speeds of the TURBOLAB Core 90i and 250i from 1.4 to 3 m3/hr and delivers an ultimate pressure of 0.1 mbar. The backing pump uses an oil-free scroll technology that is more environmentally friendly than alternatives and provides extra protection in case of power failure. The backing pump is designed for both industrial and scientific settings, with simple plug-and-play functionality and fully replaceable parts for easy maintenance.
Diaphragm Pump Adapts to Vacuum Requirements
The N 938 diaphragm gas pump provides precise vacuum control in various applications such as fuel cells, medical devices, and laboratory equipment. It can achieve flowrates of 7 L/min to 35 L/min as a single-head version or 11 L/min to 53 L/min as a dual-head standard version, with a final vacuum of up to 140 mbar and an operating pressure of 1 bar. Available pump head materials include anodized aluminum, polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), or stainless steel.
Device Detects Leaks in Pharmaceutical Packaging
The SpeedAir 3050 system tests for leaks in non-porous pharmaceutical containers. The unit uses a non-destructive testing (NDT) approach to container closure integrity testing (CCIT), detecting leaks in packaging without compromising the integrity of the tested package.
