Zelma Mejía Galeas is a senior chemical engineering student at the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH). Born, raised and currently living in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Student Co President of the AIChE Chapter at her university. Creator of the Bonding Project, an initiative of AIChE UNAH. Recently, elected K12 Outreach in the Southern Region of the Executive Student Committee. Academic Director of the Honduras intention to host the XXVII Latin-American Conference of Chemical Engineering Students, and one of the leaders of the new project “Unión AIChE LATAM”.
