Ross Vail

I’m a graduate of New Mexico State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. I’ve worked for Mobil Oil, EquiStar, Amoco, BP and Marathon Petroleum. My work experience has primary been in refining covering roles in technical services and operations. My current role is the Marathon SME position for fractionation and separations. My job responsibilities focus on operating performance, troubleshooting, turnaround support, project development and training.
