Nepu Saha

Nepu Saha, a PhD candidate in the Department of Biomedical and Chemical Engineering and Sciences (BCES) at Florida Institute of Technology. His doctoral research focuses on thermochemical conversion of various biomass, characterization of the product phases, and their applications. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where his research mainly focused on process safety. Prior to that, he has earned his B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. In between his Bachelor and Masters, he worked in Karnaphuli Fertilizer Company (KAFCO), Bangladesh as a process engineer for three years. So far, his research has yielded 11 peer-reviewed publications, 2 invited talks, and 22 presentations at various national and international conferences.
