Jody Olsen

Jody has 34 years of professional experience. She spent 28 years working in upstream oil and gas. She worked in field-based engineering roles throughout her time with Mobil, Aera Energy, and BP. Jody is experienced in the implementation and improvement of process safety management elements including MoC, PSSR, PHA, Mechanical Integrity, Failure Analysis, and others. She has a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. She is a Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer in California and Alaska. She has been an independent process safety consultant for the last 6 years through her company, JE Olsen Consulting LLC.
