Ankur Kapil

I am a Chartered Ph.D. Chemical Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the application of research to Manufacturing Processes in pharmaceuticals, Chemicals & Catalysts. I started my research in the field of Process Intensification and Process Integration at the Center for Process Integration (CPI), The University of Manchester. I worked for Johnson Matthey Technology Centre in the UK from 2012 to 2020. My research application at Johnson Matthey has been in the field of Drying, Extrusion, Rotary Calcination, & Process Integration. For the past 5 years, I have been working with Veranova (formerly JM Health) in the application of computational models for Spray Drying, Milling, Multiphase reaction (Hydrogenation), Scale-up, Flow Chemistry, Batch to Continuous, & Crystallization. I relocated to the North East US from N. East UK in early 2022. I have 6 first-author publications in international journals and 13 paper presentations at International Conferences.
