Adarsh Bafana
Adarsh Bafana is a PhD student in his second year at the Nanomaterials and Bioprocessing Laboratory, Lamar University. He completed his MS in Chemical engineering from Lamar University in 2015 with research on the synthesis of graphene-polypropylene nanocomposites using solution mixing, which led to a peer reviewed publication. His current endeavors are in the field of microwave assisted synthesis of nanomaterials using biomass, to make these syntheses methodologies sustainable and environmentally benign. He takes interest in implementing varied techniques for nanomaterial synthesis with the view to reach possible large scale production.
