Model 2800 inline static mixer

The patented Model 2800 inline static mixer is designed for dosing applications that require the pumping of four different chemicals into a pipe simultaneously. It can be mounted directly in a piping system, and features a fixed plate with an internal design that rapidly mixes using a combination of alternate vortex shedding and intense shear-zone turbulence. Its laying length requirements are short, and it achieves a 98%-plus dispersion of the injected fluid ten diameters downstream.

2GF two-gas mixer

The 2GF two-gas mixer generates CO2-air mixtures with adjustable CO2 concentration in the range of 0–15%. This mixer is compatible with any microscope stage incubator, and can alternatively be used as a stand-alone device. It is accurate to within ±0.1%, and is supplied with a reusable 0.2-mm-pore polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane filtering device.

PremierTec magnetic mixer

The PremierTec magnetic mixer’s patented design features a strong magnetic coupling between the impeller and the driving magnets. This causes the impeller to levitate and thus have no direct contact with the bearing surfaces. This configuration allows for continued mixing until a tank is empty. As a result, the customer saves product, time, and money due to reduced operating costs. The mixer is suitable for processes in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food industries. All products have 3.1 traceability with USP Class VI-compliant mixing components.

Liquid Flow Controller

The Liquid Flow Controller doses small volumes at (nominal) flowrates of 10–600 mL/min (0.6–36 L/h) with a 1:10 measuring span. It performs the dynamic control or metering of liquids and is suitable for a variety of industrial applications, including heat treatment, testing, surface-coating, filling, and packaging. When combined with the manufacturer’s mass flow controller, it can simultaneously meter gases and liquids in atomizing and sterilization processes.

Custom Die-Cut PTFE Gaskets

These custom die-cut polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE) gaskets are fabricated for a precise fit and are available in sizes from 0.25 in. to 60 in. dia. by 0.003 in. to 0.250 in. thick. They are chemically inert and unaffected by most corrosive liquids, vapors, and gases. The gaskets are made from virgin or filled PTFE, paraformaldehyde (PFA), thermally fused melamine (TFM), or expanded PTFE. The properties of these materials make the gaskets suitable for applications requiring durability and slipperiness.

Valveless Chemical Treatment System

This chemical treatment system accurately meters caustic soda and other pH-adjusting chemicals for water and wastewater treatment applications. Since well water is typically acidic and damaging to distribution piping, the water’s pH needs to be raised.

PDCL Series positive-displacement liquid flow calibrators

PDCL Series positive-displacement liquid flow calibrators cover flows ranging from 0.01 gal/min (0.04 L/min) to 400 gal/min (1,514 L/min) with an uncertainty of ±0.05% and a repeatability of 0.01% of reading. These volumetric devices displace an exact known volume of fluid, which passes through the flowmeter under test while compensating for fluid viscosity and temperature. They perform NIST-traceable calibrations of common flowmeters, including turbine, differential-pressure orifice plate, rotameter, variable area, coriolis, and any other type with a visual, pulse or analog output.

Cheminert Model M6 and M50 liquid handling pumps

The Cheminert Model M6 and M50 liquid handling pumps are designed for precision handling of liquids and/or gases, and produce a bidirectional pulseless flow with a range over six orders of magnitude, from 10 nL/min to 10 mL/min for the M6 pump, and 50 µL/min to 50 mL/min for the M50 pump. Positive-displacement pumps offer much better performance than syringe pumps, which need refilling and syringe changes. They are self-priming and tolerant of any gas that may find its way into the fluid lines. There is no separate fill cycle, and the capacity is virtually unlimited.

TA-HP tube axial fan

Designed to handle static pressures up to 4-in. H20 (gauge), the high pressure TA-HP tube axial fan is made of fiber-reinforced plastic. Direct and belt-driven fans feature helical-shaped blades that process up to 90,000 ft3/min. With wheels made from vinyl ester resin and housings from polyester resin, these flame-resistant fans are able to withstand corrosive environments.

Tubular AcoustaFoil fans

Combining the efficiency of centrifugal airfoil wheels with the versatility and compactness of an axial-flow fan design, Tubular AcoustaFoil fans provide quiet operation for clean-air applications. Suitable to accommodate capacity needs up to 140,000 ft3/min, these fans operate at efficiencies beyond 75% in pressures up to 14-in. H20 (gauge). Their heavy-gauge welded components deliver structural strength and durability with minimal leakage. Available in 16 sizes of wheel diameters ranging from 12 in.
