At the same time, many CEOs complain that they do not have enough effective leadership in their organization to bring about the change and level of performance needed.
In this session I will discuss the top reasons why we are not successful with attempts to develop effective leaders in our industry. I have experienced each of these over my 40 years in the chemical industry. Now I am teaching leadership to undergraduate engineering students in attempt to get in front of this barrier to success.
This session will give organizations and individuals a fresh look at how to unlock the hidden leadership potential in their staff and themselves.
