Registration will be at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Hours are subject to change.

Satellite registration will also be open in the Los Rios Foyer at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk.

Expo Hours for 2022 Spring Meeting & 18th GCPS

The Spring Meeting Expo will be at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, Exhibit Hall 4B.

Gender Neutral Restrooms

Gender neutral restrooms are located on each floor of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

• Ballroom Level: Near Stars at Night Ballroom B4
• Meeting Level: Near Room 209
• Street Level: Near Hall 4A

 Mother's Room

The Henry B. González Convention Center features two nursing mother's rooms in their facilities. These enclosed, private spaces are lactation stations for new mothers that can be used by employees, visitors, and event attendees at our convention centers.

• Room 1212 is located on the Street Level in the hallway between the two lobbies (Main Lobby and West Lobby).
• Room 2137 is located on the Meeting Room Level next to Room 215. Please ask convention center staff for assistance locating the mother's rooms.

Coffee Breaks

Location:  Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, Exhibit Hall 4B

Speaker Ready Room

Location: Hall 4 West Registration, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center

Upload your presentation via USB at least one hour before its start and it will be made available in your session room at your presentation time.

Laptops will be available in each session room. Please use the provided laptop for your presentation as it will be used for the recordings.

Wifi will be available to all 2022 AIChE Spring Meeting Attendees!
