This session will highlight recent progresses in downstream propcessing technologies for food and bioprocess engineering (food and pharmaceutical manufacturing, bioresource and renewable energy utilization, and relevant separation engineering, wastewater treatment, etc.). Papers dealing with developments based on new separation materials, novel devices or inspiring process design and optimization are to be presented in this session. Academic research and industrial development are favored and invited.
