Onsite Safety

• The John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center requires all attendees, exhibitors and staff to pass through metal detectors prior to entering the venue

• AIChE is requesting that all 2021 AIChE Annual Meeting attendees attest to the fact they will be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 fourteen days prior to the in-person meeting or they have received of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of arrival.
• All AIChE staff, contractors, and suppliers are also required to be either fully vaccinated or show proof of a negative COVID-19 vaccine.

Available Daycare Services

Below is a list of nearby daycare services to the conference center. Please note that the services require 30 days of notice to secure care. The primary method of contact for the care services is by phone.

Mamava Pod Suite

The Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) and the Hynes Convention Cente feature the Mamava Nursing Pod. These enclosed, private spaces are lactation stations for new mothers that can be used by employees, visitors, and event attendees at our convention centers.`

This ADA Mamava pods is located off of the south rotunda, near the Prudential Center entrance, adjacent to the restroom. Please ask convention center staff for assistance locating the pod.

AIChE Meetings are one of the primary ways the Institute fulfills its mission to advance the development and exchange of relevant knowledge. The content presented at this event is the property of the presenters and the firms where they work. Recording of sessions or taking photos of slides is strictly prohibited. 

General Photography Notice

Sessions and events at the meetings are being photographed by a professional photographer. These photos will be used to illustrate articles in CEP Chemical Engineering Progress Magazine, on the AIChE website and in promotional materials for future meetings. By registering for this conference, you consent to your likeness being used for such purposes without compensation and release AIChE from any liability on account of such ussage.
