Connecting Graduate Students With Members of the AIChE CRE Community Representing:

Discuss career aspirations as well as personal and professional interests.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Mentors must be current members of AIChE's Catalysis & Reaction Engineering Division.

• Mentee must be a Graduate Student affiliated with an United States university.

BENEFITS FOR MENTORS

• Support Future Generations: Mentorship also provides an opportunity for CRE professionals to “pay it forward.”

• Professional Network: Build a network with fellow mentors and mentees as a part of AIChE CRE community.

BENEFITS FOR MENTEES

• Professional Development: Receive guidance and advice on navigating a PhD, learn about career opportunities, improve goal setting and more.

• Professional Network: Build a network with mentors from industry, academia, and national labs and the chance to be supported and advocated for.

HOW TO APPLY

• Mentors and mentees fill out the mentor/mentee survey and mentor/mentee agreement form.

Time Commitment:

• Meeting a minimum of 2 times in a year.

• Potential to connect at an in-person Meet & Greet session at AIChE Annual Meeting.
