Jennifer Hamilton

Over the last 16 years Jennifer’s role within the CaFCP included leading the development of curriculum for and conducting outreach education to first responders, AHJs, and communities. More recently, she has expanded her leadership role in safety, codes and standards through the SDO’s and in various groups such as the Center for Hydrogen Safety, CGA, and FCHEA. Her professional hydrogen career spans the early days of public ride n’drives in the back lot of the CaFCP headquarters to presenting at venues such as the International Conference on Hydrogen Safety. Mark Blackwell

Since October 2021, Mark has led Technical Risk Reduction efforts for projects involving process hazards globally.  Mark currently leads efforts to standardize Cummins Process Hazard Management approach where High Process Hazards exist.
