Nasim Pica

Dr. Nasim Pica is an environmental engineer and scientist in the Denver office of CDM Smith with expertise in fate, transport, and treatment of emerging contaminants including PFAS. She received her doctoral degree from Colorado State University, where she studied produced water treatment and its beneficial reuse in agricultural irrigation in a sustainable Food Water and Energy nexus. Teresa J Cutright

Dr. Cutright is a Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Akron.  Dr. Cutright holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with emphasis on environmental remediation techniques. She has over 25 years of experience conducting site assessments, soil characterizations, treatability studies for a variety of environmental contaminants, and phytoremediation of acid mine drainage sites. Hardeep Anand

Hardeep Anand has over 30 years of local public and private sector experience in South Florida in a diverse set of topics in the engineering sector with an emphasis on integrated water resources management and planning.  

As the Deputy Director for the Miami Dade Water & Sewer Department, he oversees the implementation  of the $13.5B Capital Improvement Program that includes compliance with the EPA consent decree, implementing the Ocean Outfall legislation and a portfolio of over 225 projects throughout Miami-Dade County.

Tracy Fanara

Dr. Tracy Fanara is an environmental engineer and research scientist with a BS, ME, and PhD from the University of Florida. Tracy spent almost a decade designing water systems around the world, before and during her research at UF, focused on water quality through stormchasing and sustainable design retrofit.  Tracy the was the design engineer on two nationally winning EPA design teams, was a National Science Foundation SPICE fellow, and was selected as a Presidential Management Fellow.
