Takahiro Yabuki studied environmental engineering in Tokyo, Japan. Since April of 2013, he engaged in a commissioned investigation project by METI, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, regarding the High Pressure Gas Safety Act for 3 years in the High Pressure Gas Safety Institute, commonly called KHK.
