Noémie Sibra-Lemoine

Noémie Sibra-Lemoine has worked for nine years in the French office and laboratory of Hallstar, focused on Active Naturals development. As an R&D Project Manager, she develops custom-designed, exclusive and patentable active ingredients. She also produces ready-to use liposoluble active ingredients with a wide range of biological activity. She rigorously selects raw materials, adapts parameters of the patented Oléo-éco-extraction process to each project and oversees all aspects of product development until completion.

Joel Collier

Joel H. Collier, PhD is a Professor at Duke University in the Biomedical Engineering Department.  His research focuses on designing novel biomolecular materials for applications within immunotherapies, three-dimensional cell culture, and tissue repair.  He received his undergraduate degree in Materials Science from Rice University and his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
