Noémie Sibra-Lemoine has worked for nine years in the French office and laboratory of Hallstar, focused on Active Naturals development. As an R&D Project Manager, she develops custom-designed, exclusive and patentable active ingredients. She also produces ready-to use liposoluble active ingredients with a wide range of biological activity. She rigorously selects raw materials, adapts parameters of the patented Oléo-éco-extraction process to each project and oversees all aspects of product development until completion.
Noémie places special emphasis on environmental sustainability. She is committed to nature’s preservation and as a Quality Safety & Environment leader at Hallstar, she is directly involved with the company's global efforts to reduce its environmental footprint.
Noémie earned a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA Rouen) in France, specializing in Fine Chemistry and Engineering.
