Seal Tite II filters

Easy to install, the Seal Tite II filters are customizable in a variety of media. Their patent-pending pleated bag features a proprietary installation and sealing design that provides significant labor cost savings. The new intricate retainer clamp makes it practically impossible to install the element incorrectly. In addition to a leakproof seal, other benefits of the new design include high throughput capacity, longer bag life and higher operating efficiencies to 99.99%.

Auto-Vac rotary vacuum filter

Using vacuum filtration, the Auto-Vac rotary vacuum filter quickly separates solids from water. Reduced in volume by 95%, the dried solids can be easily disposed of at the local landfill, and the filtrate can be reused in production or discharged into the local sewage system. With the aid of a filter media, solid particles as small as 0.5 µm are removed from the filtered liquid. Pre-piped, pre-wired and skid-mounted, the self-contained Auto-Vac can be easily added to any existing manufacturing or processing facility.

F-Series inverting filter centrifuge

Featuring a better value-to-cost ratio, the F-Series inverting filter centrifuge features a compact design that requires a smaller footprint than many other centrifuges. Offering a higher overall production throughput, the centrifuge also provides lower residual moisture, due to a higher G-Force in the process. Other key advantages include: a 50% reduction in machine parts; new pressure-added centrifugation technology; and easy cleanability for multi-product applications.

Powerfilm Rotor Technology

Powerfilm Rotor Technology increases performance for wiped-film evaporators at a low capital investment. For molecular distillation and wiped-film evaporation, this technology employs a proprietary geometric shape that causes the wiper to adjust performance depending on product characteristics. In side-by-side develop-mental tests against a competitor’s rotor design, the process capacity was increased by 27%. More importantly, a 260-ppm monomer impurity level was decreased to 10 ppm.

Acoustic Mixer

Using low-frequency, high-intensity acoustic energy, ResonantAcoustic technology mixes without impellers. Suitable for the intimate mixing of gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid and solid-solid systems, this type of mixing applies a consistent shear field throughout the entire vessel, producing consistent results regardless of material.

Tank Manufacturing

Off-site filter tank and bulk-media tank manufacturing offers to the ability to fabricate large vessels locally. Vessels as large as 10 ft in diameter are available with pressure ratings to 2,500 psi. Off-site manufacturing capabilities include plant management, engineering services and complete production facilities. Various non-destructive testing procedures are utilized.

LPP 3-in. peristaltic pumps

The LPP 3-in. peristaltic pumps incorporate a unique patented rolling design, which eliminates friction, maximizes hose life and lowers energy consumption. The roller is mounted on an eccentric cam, creating eccentric rotation during the 360-deg. operating cycle. Compared to conventional peristaltic pumps, the LPP pumps generate 100% more flow per compression, with a flow capacity of up to 176 gal/min and a maximum operating pressure of 110 psig.

Series HA 3x2 and EH 3x2 centrifugal pumps

The corrosion-resistant Series HA 3x2 and EH 3x2 centrifugal pumps come in both horizontal and vertical configurations. Available in high-temperature polypropylene or chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) for superior corrosion resistance, the pumps handle flows to 400 gal/min or 170 ft of total dynamic head. The fully enclosed primary impeller provides high hydraulic efficiency at low horsepower.

TRIAC family of Valves

Fourteen different ball valves in the TRIAC family feature a live-loaded packing system that meets the TA-LUFT emissions standard of less than 1 ppm, enabling these valves to reduce fugitive emissions and lost product by 99% or more compared to legacy control valves. They employ a unique live-loaded pyramidal stem-packing system having a patented 45-deg. pyramidal stem, a stem seal with Belleville washers, and Grafoil stem packing.

INM-700 in situ NOx/O2 monitor

Capable of measuring NOx and O2 at high temperatures, the INM-700 in situ NOx/O2 monitor uses a zirconium oxide (ZrO2) sensor and non-extractive point measurement. The INM-700 is designed for use in coal-fired boiler applications, such as near-combustion-point readings, or for control of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems. The monitor enables operators to use balancing/combustion tuning to identify gas stratification problem areas. With this feature, problems can be corrected to improve burner efficiencies and reduce NOx emissions.
