Leadership in an organization describes the different skills required in a leader and the types of leadership required in different situations, such as risk-taking and risk handling ability, self-confidence, self-concept, creativity, and strategic thinking. All these trails are important in determining how to catalyze your career. "Character" is the first leadership concept that provides moral authority to bring people and resources together. Character gives the persistent spirit to pursue a goal despite a lot of hindrances and obstacles. This is the most essential leadership concept to pursue a vision and mission, and to move an entire enterprise and enhancement approaches to employee motivation. In this topic, I’m going to draw my opinion on how to empower the employees’ motivations during work and how to build relationships with customers and offer a product or service to meet their needs. Improving service quality and trying to increase my efficiency to increase the value to the customers is one of the best steps to creating a satisfaction average level for customers. Also, confidence is the next leadership concept that I must develop. This is essential to boosting and motivating me in my daily work.
