Jessica Phillips is the Site Head of Indianapolis Device Manufacturing (IDM) at Eli Lilly and Company.  

In this role, Jessica is responsible for reliable supply of Lilly device components and medical devices, technical stewardship of Lilly’s device portfolio, delivery of device manufacturing assets to contract manufacturers and Lilly sites, and commercialization of new device products. Jessica and her team work closely with contract manufacturing partners, original equipment manufacturers, and Lilly device and packaging manufacturing sites to ensure high quality devices and combination products are reliably supplied to our patients across the globe.

Jessica joined Eli Lilly and Company in 2003 and has held technical and leadership roles in API, Parenteral, and Device manufacturing. After Director roles in IDM Technical Services, Parenteral Operations and Device Commercialization, Jessica assumed her current Site Head role in 2018.

Jessica received her Master’s of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Music from Kansas State University and a Master’s of Music History from the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati. Jessica is known for her collaborative and inclusive leadership style both within Lilly Manufacturing and with her external partners.
