Nuclear Fuel Cycle and Clean Nuclear Energy for the 21st Century & Beyond Part 2 of 2

You are invited to join us for the second part of a program addressing nuclear power and related technologies. Following in the steps of the previous presentation from April 2017, which focused on nuclear power fundamentals, this part focuses on the technology of nuclear power generation and associated topics such as nuclear fuel reprocessing, radioactive waste (a.k.a., radwaste) disposal, and related topics of particular interest to chemical engineers.

In addition, the two primary nuclear plant designs: (1) pressurized water reactors (PWR) and (2) boiling water reactors (BWR) will be described and discussed.
