Flow Measurement System Safely Measures Sensitive Fluids
The BioProTT FlowSU system measures fluid flow in single-use biopharma applications. The system has a disposable sensor that eliminates the need for calibration and allows for integration in most standard manifolds for performing flow measurement and air-in-line detection simultaneously. The straight-line flow path of the sensor enables product transfer with less shear stress to protect sensitive fluids from damage. The holder station is compatible with many sensor sizes and allows for tool-free attachment and Power over Ethernet (PoE).

The IS540.1 smartphone is now available with the Valve Sense kit. This kit uses acoustic emission sensors and the Senseven software to transform the smartphone into a smart valve inspection system. The kit enables routine in-house valve maintenance and health checks to ensure that valves are only replaced when they have defects. The Senseven software guides the user through the inspection process and uses artificial intelligence (AI) for data analysis. The recorded inspection data is stored on a cloud-based platform and can be downloaded for further analysis and reporting.

DNA Synthesis Platform Prints Accurate DNA Fragments
The automated SYNTAX DNA printing platform synthesizes highly accurate, ready-to-use DNA oligos — short single- or double-stranded DNA or RNA fragments — for synthetic biology and genomic applications. The kit includes the benchtop STX-200 software system. The platform allows researchers to create up to 96 DNA oligos with a maximum length of 120 nucleotides. This platform’s synthesis process improves upon the efficiency of other DNA synthesis kits, taking less than 24 hours to complete. Lentivirus Growth Medium Efficiently Packages Viral Material
Lenti.RiGHT is a chemically defined medium designed for lentivirus (LV) production. This medium reliably transfects HEK293 packaging cells with the LV material. Using this viral packaging method, the system avoids alternative LV production processes that require the difficult and time-intensive transfection of bacterial plasmids, which must be produced separately. The system produces LV material suitable for CAR-T cell manufacturing and improves the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the process.

The Illumina Complete Long Read Prep is a long-read, human whole-genome sequencing (WGS) assay. Its compatibility with NovaSeq X Plus, NovaSeq X, and NovaSeq 6000 sequencing systems allows for both long- and short-read data on the same instrument, providing a simpler workflow with a one-day library prep. It can assay four samples per run, up to 3,000 WGS samples per year, with the NovaSeq X series. It requires a low DNA input of only 50 ng and can generate contiguous long-read sequences with N50 of 5–7 kb with as low as 5 ng.
