Yutian Qian

Yutian Qian is a second-year PhD student in Chemical Engineering at the Mary Kay O’Connor Process Safety Center, Texas A&M University, College Station. Co-advised by Dr. Faisal Khan and Dr. Sreeram Vaddiraju, Yutian has his research focused on integrating the advanced technology, such as process stimulation, into the current Chemical Engineering education to promote the process safety concepts. Prior to attending Texas A&M, Yutian received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Washington and Johns Hopkins University respectively.
