Bob Parman, CIH, CSP, MBA ERM Principal Scientist Bob has over 15 years of industrial hygiene experience including authoring and implementing health and safety standards for laboratories that handle biological viruses, chemical agents (VX, GB, Sarin), pharmaceutical drugs, explosives testing, and radiological hazards. He has over 15 years of technical safety experience in leading teams of engineers and operational staff in explosives and weapons manufacturing. In his career he has served in Manager, Director, and Vice President positions leading technical teams to manage EHS programs in process safety, fire prevention and protection, hazardous waste management, air quality and permitting, contractor safety, chemical tracking systems, industrial hygiene per ACGIH and OSHA standards, respiratory protection, hearing conservation, lock out/tag out, near miss analysis, virus and chemical agent handling, radiation safety, and fuel handling. Mr. Parman has interacted frequently with OSHA, EPA, DEA, DOD, DOT, NASA, BATF, and Edgewood Chemical & Biological Center on technical projects.
