As a Senior Consultant, in the last decade, he has worked in the most complex and challenging oil, mining, and petrochemical fields in Latin America. As a CCPS collaborator, in the last four years, he presented different working papers on Process Safety Culture and facilitated a Leadership Forum, at different conferences around the world (Singapore, Japan, China, Argentina, and the United States). In his daily work, he designs transformation strategies and assessments of the Process Safety Culture, ensuring the simultaneous development of the two key organizational segments of risk management: the alignment of Top Management and the training of Front-Line Supervisors.
