Kandasamy M. Sundaram

Kandasamy M.Sundaram He is a Distinguished Technologist and Lummus Fellow in Lummus Technology specializing in cracking heaters for olefin production. In addition to ethylene heaters he is also involved in hydroprocessing and other chemical reactor designs. He is with Lummus for more than 41 years. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Madras University and Master’s degree from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India and PhD from Ghent University, Belgium, under the guidance of Professor Froment. He did his post doctoral research at the University of Delaware and joined Lummus. He has published many research articles in International Journals and has many patents.
