Simon joined Optimized Gas Treating, Inc. as a Software Development Engineer in May, 2014. He completed three internships with OGT during his undergraduate years in the summers of 2011, 2012 and 2013. Following four years of software development experience, Simon became a Technical Applications Engineer in 2018 in which position he is responsible for key accounts, employee and customer training, and workshops. Simon received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a minor in German from the University of Oklahoma in 2014 and is fluent in both English and German. He is expert in fundamentals-based modeling of sulphur recovery operations and is a subject matter expert in sulphur recovery and gas treating.
