Danilo Russo is Assistant Professor of Chemical Technologies at the University of Naples Federico II, Italy. His research interests range from industrial safety to kinetics, microfluidics to machine learning applications, advanced oxidation processes, photocatalysis, and hydrogen production/storage. Danilo Russo received his Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and his PhD in Industrial Products and Processes from the University of Naples Federico II in 2014 and 2018, respectively. He has been a Visiting Student and a PhD Visiting Student in 2014 and 2017 at the Department of Chemical Engineering of the University of Loughborough and the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology of the University of Cambridge, UK, respectively. From 2018 to 2021 he was a Lecturer in Heterogeneous Reactors and a Research Associate in Sustainable Reaction Engineering at the University of Cambridge. In 2020, he received the Italian Engineer Qualification and the National Scientific Qualification as Associate Professor.
