This form will be used to cast your vote for the open seats on DIPPR's Managing Board for 2023. There is one seat for companies with a WF of 3 or 4 and one seat for companies with a WF of 1 or 2. There are two lists below. Member reps nominated from companies with a WF of 3 or 4 are in the first list, and Member reps from companies with a WF of 1 or 2 are in the second list. Please also enter your name and check the box certifying that you are the designated representative from your company. Individual votes will not be shared. Please then select 1 rep from each list.
