This multi-functional team assists in directing the business units to the appropriate capability, such as licensed self-service analytics tools, external consultancy engagements, or in-house text analytics solutions. In this talk, we will describe the service architecture and provide an example of how we have developed market listening predictive models to enhance growth for our businesses
