Diversity, equity and inclusion is the hallmark of the human experience. To be able to live, worship, cultivate, speak, work, in the company of people from various demographic backgrounds is a privilege. In the Tickle College of Engineering, we strive to ensure ALL stakeholders know that through similarities and differences, respect of people and culture is paramount. Closing in on 50 years of celebrating engineering diversity programs in the College, we are working tirelessly to create sustainable initiatives that mirror the success of our program through the years. We align our priorities with that of the University and College leadership to measure outcomes according to our stakeholders. We are shaping our students, faculty and staff into agents of great intellectual capabilities and understanding that bring all walks of life to the table. Our legacy is strong and incorporating DEI into all of our daily processes continues to make us stronger for the future of the College.
