Analytical and numerical solutions of the mathematical models of the co-extrusion process involving the rectilinear flow of multiple viscoplastic fluids subject to wall slip are to be presented along with experimental data that are collected using an industrial scale and well-equipped fully-intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder and a co-extrusion die.
