On June 9, 2009 an explosion occurred at the ConAgra Foods plant in Garner. John Callaway from Fire/Emergency Management, will discuss what happened and how to prevent such incidents. The Emergency Management Office is responsible for ensuring protective actions for the public through a uniform and organized effort to mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural and technological emergencies
