Session Submissions for 2016 Annual Meeting

We have set Monday, December 14th as the deadline for submission of all sessions and topical conference requests.   

If you are the Division, Forum, or Topical programming chair, please email programming@aiche.org to be granted access to your group's program in Confex.

Please also let us know if you wish to have any sessions rolled over from the 2015 Annual Meeting program.

Once you have received access to the group, please go in and add the area and session chairs.

If you become aware that a session you are considering will overlap (in subject and prospective audience) with a different group, please coordinate with that group to ensure better programming and fewer difficulties/conflicts in the timing and location. Due to limitations in session numbers and rooms in San Francisco, we want to help reduce any "duplicate programming", so we will encourage groups to coordinate where we see opportunities. 

Please note the following meeting deadlines:

1. Submittal of Sessions and New Topicals – Monday, December 14, 2015
2. The Call for Abstracts will open – Monday, February 15, 2016
3. The Call for Abstracts will close – Monday, May 9, 2016
