The Executive Board of the Program Committee (EBPC) invites you to nominate a distinguished member of AIChE to present a comprehensive authoritative review of the chemical engineering science in his or her field of specialization.
The prestigious John M. Prausnitz AIChE Institute Lecturer Award will be presented at the 2018 AIChE Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh, PA. More information about the award can be found at http://www.aiche.org/community/awards/john-m-prausnitz-aiche-institute-lecturer-award.
The AIChE Institute Lecturer Award was officially renamed John M. Prausnitz AIChE Institute Lecturer Award in 2016. You can find the list of past Institute Lecturer Award recipients dating back to 1949 at http://www.aiche.org/community/awards/institute-lecturer-award.
Keep in mind that the selection criteria for this award not only include the quality and relevance of accomplishments in his/her technical field, but also the lecturer’s communication skills and the overall value of the lecture to the meeting attendees. Please honor one of your colleagues with a nomination. The deadline for submissions is February 15, 2018.
