Currently serving as the Global PSM Leader at Chemours, she brings more than a decade of cross-sector experience in leading high-impact safety initiatives and embedding risk-based process safety frameworks across complex industrial operations
Rima’s technical expertise is anchored in advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), which she has applied extensively to model dispersion, explosion dynamics, and thermal hazards in high-risk environments. Her deep knowledge of process hazard analysis (PHA), consequence modeling, and quantitative risk assessment (QRA) has been instrumental in enhancing safety performance, optimizing facility siting, and informing emergency response strategies.
