Dr. Raghu Narayan is the Head of the Engineering and Technology Division of Aramco Services Company.
Raghu has forty years of distinguished technical and management leadership and accomplishments in the field of chemical engineering, both in industry and academia. Prior to Saudi Aramco, Dr. Narayan was a Distinguished Advisor and in management for LyondellBasell and Montsanto. In academia, Dr. Narayan served as the Chairman of the Chemical Engineering Department for Texas Tech University.
His role currently utilizes his expertise in process and product development, major capital project management, and business and technology development. Additionally, he utilizes his major areas of research on chemical reaction engineering, separations technology, and material science.
Dr. Narayan received his BS degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT in Mumbai and then his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University where he later returned to Chair the Department.
