Pádraig holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering and has over 20 years’ experience working in small and ‘medium’ molecule syntheses for AbbVie, Novartis and Eli Lilly. Pádraig has worked on facility design and start-up as well as technology transfer and validation of several marketed compounds. Most recently, Pádraig was responsible for leading the process engineering team in the start-up of Lilly’s synthetic peptide manufacturing facility.
