Jason Ormes is a graduate of Purdue University. He began working for Chevron Phillips as a process engineering intern and became an employee shortly after his graduation in 2007. His career started in the technical department where he optimized process controls and developed simulation based unit optimization models. In his current role as an Ethylene Production Engineer, Jason’s responsibilities include the safe and reliable planning, management of change, troubleshooting, and optimization of a world scale production ethylene unit.
