Fred Williams, B.S., PE, Senior Project Management Consultant, The Pegasus Organization. Mr. Williams is an experienced Project Manager and Professional Engineer with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His clients have included chemical and pharmaceutical companies as well as energy and electric and gas utility organizations. Project areas have included work management, engineering, auditing, procedure development, supply chain management and process development. He has been an instructor for the Pennsylvania State University’s Project Management Certificate Program.
